In Jesus Christ, we will grow and flourish through prayer and worship. We will open ourselves to God’s relationship with us in ways that enhance our spiritual growth and deepen our spiritual life, to transform the world.

1. Worship
   1. The PWC will represent the voice of the Laity to the Clergy and staff to encourage parishioners to “take part in the liturgy, fully aware of what they are doing.” (Sacrosanctum Concillium, Paragraph 11.)
   2. The PWC will support its ministries and ministers in being trained, formed, committed, and engaged in the service of our parishioners.

2. Formation
   1. The PWC commits to attending semi-annual Formation provided by the parish, for the spiritual growth of the commission members.
   2. The PWC members commit to providing Formation resources and opportunities for our ministers and on occasion, the broader parish community.

3. Discipleship
   1. By intentionally participating in worship and formation,  the PWC  and its ministries foster discipleship that engages and creates a deeper parishioner awareness of the Holy Spirit.
   2. The  PWC will nurture a desire to share one’s self and one’s gifts in our Parish Ministries.
