Reserving Camera
Reservations can be made using this online form.
No reservations will be accepted over the phone or email.
Camera must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance of the check out time.
You cannot reserve the camera if you are not authorized to check it out.
Check-outs
Camera is located inside the sacristy safe. You may check it out before or after Mass. If you need to access the safe outside of these times, please contact the parish office.
YOU MAY NOT take the camera if you are not authorized or have not filled out the online check-out form.
All equipment that is checked out should be thoroughly inspected for damage and/or missing parts and accessories. Please notify the parish office, if there is a problem with your equipment before you use it.
Check to make sure that your equipment is working properly before you leave.
When checking out equipment, pay close attention to the return time. Other departments may be waiting to borrow the camera. It is your responsibility to know when your equipment is due and to return it on time.
You must use your own (or the ministry’s) SD card. We will not be responsible for images stored on an SD card that was left in the camera or the SD card.
Returns
Camera is expected to be returned in the same condition it was checked out in. This means: camera should be returned in its case and with all accessories, in neat and proper order, all cables should be coiled and tied.
You are responsible for the equipment you have checked out.
You remain responsible for the camera until it is returned. Never lend the camera to anyone else.
Leaving equipment near the equipment checkout location or near the parish office never constitutes a “return.” You are responsible for returning the camera to the designated check in/check out location.
Late equipment
Returning equipment late causes a great inconvenience to others who may have this equipment reserved. If you know that you are going to be late due to circumstances that are beyond your control, please contact the parish office.
