Thursday, February 2, 2023World Day for Consecrated Life will be celebrated on February 2nd (Candlemas Day) and in parishes over the weekend of February 4-5. This celebration honors the lives of consecrated men and women who are called to reflect the presence and light of Jesus in all people. This includes women and men living out their call as priests, nuns, religious sisters and brothers and consecrated virgins dedicated to prayer, community life and ministry. Please pray for all who have made commitments in the consecrated life, and be sure to thank them on their special day. May they continue to be inspired by Jesus Christ and respond generously to God's gift of their vocations.
