ASP is a youth based ministry dedicated to serving needy families throughout the Appalachian Mountains. Since 1969, more than 260,000 volunteers from across the nation have repaired 14,000 homes through the Appalachia Service Project. But ASP is more than a home-repair ministry. Often called a "relationship ministry", ASP emphasizes the relationships that are built and the lessons that are learned when volunteers take time to interact with the family they've been assigned to serve
during a week-long summer mission trip.
